I did not grow up in Abbeille, SC, but have lived here for the last thirty years. When I think of “urban” I think of the big cities not Abbeville. I can travel a mile or so any direction and find appartments complexes that might qualify as “urban”, but that is just what they are, complexes, not the downtown streets or this small town. There are times when the streets get crowded; play at the theatre, movie on the bricks, arts festivals and such. But day to day my town is just that, a small town and I am lucky to live here.
